What we’ll do:

Trekking from place to place, minimizing transfers gives special charm to this tour.  We will meet local people, experiencing that way traditional Montenegrin life, tasting Montenegrin cuisine and enjoy spectacular views of National Parks: Biogradska Gora, Durmitor, Lovcen & Skadar lake.To make it a real fun we decided to include rafting on Tara river, cruise at Skadar lake and visit of coast line - Boka bay.

Best period for this tour is April/May + September/October. Minimum number of person required for this tour is 5.

Where we’ll be:

Mrtvica canyon is situated in central part of Montenegro, cut in between Maganik and Moraca mountains. River Mrtvica is about 10 km long, but larger part is hidden in canyon, which cliffs are high up to 1250 m.

The tour starts from village Medjurijecje, situated on the road Podgorica-Kolasin, about 35 km from Kolasin.

What we’ll do:

We will have morning transfer from Kolasin, passing ski resort Kolasin 1450, up to katun Vranjak where we will start our trek. Walking across Bjelasica meadows we will enjoy beautiful views of the area, Lumer view point will give us spectacular view of Biogrdsko lake, after which we will enjoy traditional Montenegrin cuisine with our local hosts Ranko and Sloba at katun Goles. Tour continues trough the rain forest, descend all the way to central part of park - Biogradsko lake. After relaxation at the lake we will have transfer back to Kolasin.

Where we’ll be:

NP Biogradska Gora  was proclaimed a National Park in 1952. The most impressive part of the National Park is the virgin forest reserve, surface of 16 sq km, where the strict protection system has been established. That is one of the last virgin forests in Europe.
